What is the maximum number of people allowed in the villa?

The villa holds 10 people in 5 bedrooms comfortably, plus a baby in the cot/crib supplied.

Are smoking or pets allowed?

For the comfort and safety of all guests, smoking is strictly prohibited within the villa which is fitted with smoke detectors which are linked to our security company. No pets are allowed.

How far away are the main attractions?

The villa is only 10 minutes from Walt Disney World, Sea World is 18 minutes away and Universal 20 minutes. This is one of the major reasons this is such a sought after area. After a long day at the Parks you can get the children home and into bed in a matter of minutes! Stop Press! The new West entrance to Disney off SR429 is now open. Miss all the crowds!

Which direction does the pool face?

The villa has an idealistic south facing pool & spa for all day sunshine. No need to keep moving those loungers around to catch the sun.

How do we locate/enter the property?

Directions from the airports and keypad entry code will be sent to you one week before arrival.

Will we have to bring bed linen/towels etc.?

The villa is fully equipped for all your likely holiday requirements. Bed linen, towels and pool towels are provided. A small initial supply of washing powder/dish washer powder/toilet rolls etc. are provided which you will have to top-up as required.

Do you have any facilities for small children?

The villa is designed to be comfortable for small children. The villa comes complete with a cot, highchair, buggy/stroller as well as a pool safety fence to prevent children venturing out to the pool un-detected. Please ensure this is used.

What entertainment is provided?

There are 2 Sony Playstation 2 (PS2) consoles. We have also supplied a selection of PS2 games. Numerous board games, cards, books and other items are in the "games cupboard". For the older children and adults there is a fully equipped games room and a selection of CD's & DVD's.

Is the pool heated?

The pool can be heated (by agreement) for additional cost as indicated on the booking form. We would recommend pool heat from October through to April The pool is heated to the maximum temperature allowed under Florida law (85°).

Are there stores near by?

Food shopping is available at the entrance to the Glenbrook Resort from the Sweetbay store. less than 1 mile away are Walmart Supacenter, Winn Dixie and others. Clothes shopping is available on H27 from various stores. The villa is 1+1/2m away from Highway 192 which has many stores. The Premium outlet mall is only 10 minutes away and houses many designer label stores (including Nike, Timberland, Adidas, Versace, Armani etc.)

Are there any Restaurants nearby?

There is a wealth of restaurants within a very short distance of the Glenbrook Resort on H27 and H192 including: Chillis, Carrabas, Outback Steakhouse, McDonalds, Chic Filet, Taco Bell, Red Lobster, TGI's etc along with Chinese, Italian, many of whom deliver. New restaurants are within 1/2 mile of Glenbrook.

Are there any medical services nearby?

Hopefully you will not need this, but for peace of mind there is a walk in medical centre at the Formosa Gardens Shopping Centre, 5 minutes away which is beside a 24 hr drug store.

What services are provided?

The house is professionally cleaned prior to your arrival and the pool and garden are tended to weekly.

Do we pay extra for any of the equipment in the villa?

Absolutely not! We offer a range of baby equipment (such as cot, highchair and baby stroller) ... all of which are included in the price. All the resort facilities are also free for our guests to use.

How do we book?

Completing the on-line booking form is the most convenient method. This will immediately block out your dates for you and prompt for a deposit payment. You may also email, phone or write if you prefer but a booking is not confirmed until the online booking form is completed and the deposit received.

What if your villa is not available or I require additional accommodation?

We have access to similar quality housing on the Glenbrook Resort and will happily assist you in arranging a suitable villa. Along with other owners, we are able to offer multiple homes for family reunions, golfing trips or any other occasion.
